FACTS

The March 25, 2011 at approximately 19:20 hrs. Gabriel Antonio GOMEZ REED, member of the Revolutionary Popular Front, left his home on Calle Miguel German No. 57, Colonia Miguel German, Orizaba, Veracruz, to address the Park Apolinar Castillo, to support a group of more than 523 semi-retailers fixed indefinite sit-in were installed from March 20 to demand that the authorities respect their right to engage in business in public, as a way of securing a livelihood for their families.
